approval of additional shets for Operation BARDTACK as weil as
approval for Project MILLRAGE.

ba obtained and that the letter be cirzulated for their review prier to dispatch.

The General Manager has directed that you take the action necessary
to implement thie decision. A copy of the letter dispatehed should be provided
the Office of the Secretary.
