Have all tools necessiry for uncrating and immediate temporary
construction in one or two boxes. ‘The WREP Supply man will assist
in this preparation.
The WREP Commander wills

Secure JT approval of supply agreements reachod.
{2) Furnish the supply man as in b, 7, above.

Send an advance copy of the new weathar islands supply requirements

Find out from Major Hebner and notify AF 714 SC the following
informations
list to AF 714 SO as soon as practicable (accomplished. )
(a)
How will supplies for the weather island packages from the ZI
be marked and to whom will it be consigned (accomplished).
Yhat will be the cuteoff dates for water shipment and for
air shi-msnt to Hickam (still undetermined.)
What items will go direct to FOGS (Cnly items missing cut-off
dates.)
Thet items will not go to Hickam by the cuteoff dates so that
the packages may be closed and listed as incomplete (Major
Hebner will’ prepare this list.)
That afternoon Colonel Bonnet, Colonsl Slater and I visited Mr Cartwright
of the Honolulu Weather Bureau at the Honplulu Airport.

WREP was working arrangements between USKB personnel and WREP personnel] at
Majuro and Ponape.
Later, Colonel Bonnot and I visited Frank A Midkiff, High Comuissioner
of the Trust Territories.
Colonel Bonnot explained to Mr Midkiff the purpose
