The original prediction cf .9 feet of water in 6C feet depth at Elmer and
Fred was revised upward to 1.5 feet. This 1.5 feet will double and pcssibly
become even greater as it approaches the shcreline. with YoLIC.G0D scheduled
to be detonated at C630 hours and the high tide of 4.5 feet at 0632 inuurs, it
appears that significant water wave action could result.
s recomzendation was made that no ships or boats be moored to piers or
beached from snot time till H+40 minutes,
