DESCRIPTION A combination distributing frame (CDF) was procured and installed on the third floor of the JOC (completed in 1966).
Cable for voice and data
transmission are provided from the CDF to NH Batteries 1 and 2 and to the Frequency Interference Control Center. The PMR submarine cable, both primary
and redundant, is terminated at the CDF.
