DESCRIPTION The Dairy Bar located at the south end of the theater is a 20 x
45 x 10-ft. high wood frame structure with corrugated aluminum siding and
roofing and a concrete floor? one side of the building is open. Equipment
include grill, reefers, malt machines, coffee urn, dishwashing facilities and
a hot water tank. (Completed in 1964.)
