CONSTRUCTION
This facility will be located inside a 100 x 250-ft. area and
will consist of TC furnished antennasand eight TC furnished support vans located around a 10 x 35 x 4-ft. high wooden platform north of the antennas.
Three of the vans will be manned; however, no protection will be required as
they will be located in a non-hazardous area.

Power requirements for this facility will be 195 kw of 120/208 volts, 60 cycle,
3 phase and 40 kw at 400 cycle. The 400 cycle power will be provided from a
TC furnished 400 cycle converter to be located adjacent to the substation. The
antenna and van parking areas will be illuminated by six 500 watt floodlights
mounted on 30-ft. high wooden poles. Additional lighting consisting of ten 150
watt floodlights will be provided along the wooden platform and in front of the
vans.
