wt ee Ae ee me eee EPILOGUE 1015 I have spent the last several minutes pointing out contrasts between what transpired at Oak Ridge 16 years agoand at the present meeting, and I am afraid that these differences may have obscured one very important similarity. It is apparent that underlying the many experiments with radiation and radioactive materials there is a basic desire to understand the mechanisms and processes of normal development.
