The $10,000 so long promised by HQ was not officially asked for
by NV because they thought it could be handled within the $25,000
underrun.
With the heavy BNL expenditures and accruals to date,
and with about 10 patients coming to Tripler this month for
thyroid surgery it has become apparent that both the $25,000
and the $10,000 will be necessary to fund Dr. Conard's program
commitments through FY 1978.
