MISCELLANEOUS:
J-3 personnel should be very careful to understand fully the situation that
could evolve from a notification procedure such as we presently have, There
is a hot line directly from the JTF SEVEN CP to the office of CTG 7... ~~
There have been two occasions during operations when information on shot delays have been phoned to the Gommand Section (CTG 7.1 office) and the J+3
section was not notified.
This resulted in delays in notification to
individuals and sections that could have vitally affected the event.
Coordination on both ends is being attempted to clarify this situation. (FAP)
