Among problems incident to Rollup are:
a.
Return of Navy owned property which was used for
Operation SANDSTONE.

Providing adequate shipping to return AEC, Army and
Air Foree cargo, in addition to Navy equipment whioh includes boat
pool boats.

Return of all passengers required to proceed via sur-
face transportation.

Return of all vessels of the Naval Task Group to
designated ports in continental United States or Oahu.
e.
Release of all vessels and personnel to permanent
assignments.
2.
Disposition of Navy Owned Material
a.
All Navy consumable supplies, after screening by a
Material Recovery Board, will be returned to Naval Supply Center,
Pearl Harbor, T. H. for processing into stook, or other disposition
as directed by the Supply Officer in command, NSC, Pearl Harbor.
be.
Material under cognizance of the Bureau of Yards and
Docks will be returned to the Nawal Advance Base Depot, Fort Hueneme,
California, with the exception of that supplied from Oahu, which will
be returned to Oahu; the latter does not include pontoons, which
will remain at Eniwetok.

Material under cognizance of the Bureau of Medicine
and Surgery will be returned to the U. S. Medical Supply Depot,
