examination and employee medical history records.
Includes preemploy-
ment physical examinations, disability and retirement examinations.
Included in the record series are case files on radiation exposure,
physical injury, contamination poisoning (e.g., beryllium). Employee
medical history includes insurance, accident and medical reports, etc.
Miscellaneous folders include blood counts of employees, listed by name,
for 1937-1942, and radiochemical assays readings, 1944-1960.
