the Forward area and the Far Bast in the company of Lt Col Slater
and Major Robinson of the Air ‘leather Service. I feel that you

of the results of my talks with Lr. Eisenbud regarding the use of
the constant altitude balloons for cloud tracking. It appears we
may have a workable and usable system which is reasonable in cost.
