Meeting #1415, 21 October 58: In the continuing discussions of preparations for the Geneva test ban talks and who would represent the US with what position, Libby reported that McCone had met with the Deputy Secretary of Defense (Quarles) and was successful in reversing a decision to send only the Presidential advisor James Wadsworth to the Geneva Conference.
