By letter dated August 6, 1980, this office mailed a Request for Proposal
to you inviting you to submit a proposal for developing a Health Pian for
the Marshell Islands.
By letter dated August 11, 1980, this office mailed the “Representations
and Certifications” to you.
The purpose of this letter is to transmit to you Amendment 1 of the Request
for Proposals (RFP). This amendment makes two adzinistrative corrections to
the original RFP.
