The High Commissioner of the Trust Territories of the Pacific Islands
solisits your organization to surmit a propesal to develop a Saealch Plac
for the Marshall Islands.
Otferors must submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements
set forth herein.
The proposals shall be submicced in swo (2) separate
parts:
a "Technical 2topesa.” and a “Susiness Management 2ropesai” as
set forth herein.
Four (4) copies of your Business “2nacemen= Propesal
and six (6) copies of your Technical Proposal, signed by an o2ficial
authorized to bind the offercr shall be submitted not Later than 4:00

It is contemplaced that a Cost Reimbursement Type of contractual assangement
will be negotiated: however, other types of contracts will be considered.
The General Provisions, addicional clauses, and specifications will be sade

by Public Law, Executive Crders, and Gover=mment Procurement Regulaticns
which are in effect at =ne sime of award.
