QRITECTIVE
The objective of this project was to measure the time history of
irradiance, thermal raiiant energy, and the spectral distribution of
radiant energy from three stations with a time resolution of 20 msec; and
the drradiance and spectral distribution of irradiance from two stations
with a time resolution of 59 microseccnds.,
From these data it will be
possible to obtain a general transmission coetfickent for the atmosphere,
transmission coefficients for the atmosrhere for narrow wavelength bands,
scattering cacfficients as a function of the field of view, and the
partition of energy between the first and second thermal pulses,
