I have reviewed the "Radiological Safety Plan for Bikini Clean-Up"
and concur that the plan is adequate to fulfill AEC responsibilities
related to radiological health and safety associated with the scrap
removal project.
Plans for sample collection and analysis required for final certifi-
cation of the area by the AEC will be developed at a later date.
