ARTICLE XI - INDEMNITY
Subject to Article IX, the RMI shall indemnify and hold harmless the U.S., its
agents, employees, contractors, "citizens and nationals," from all daims set forth in
Article X, and all future actions on behalf of the RMI in any court arising out of the
nuclear testing program. The indemnification shall not exceed $150 million.
