Reference is made to your memorandum on this subject dated
January 25, 1957.
In accordance with Colonel Skinner's telephone conversation with
you on January 28, 1957, no action is being taken to furnish the
DOD information on Dr. York's discussion of clean weapons during
recent JCAE hearings,
This was to have been an item of dis
cussion at the joint AEC=MLC meeting January 2h, 1957.
However,
since it was agreed not to discuss specifics, the matter of
yields was not taken up and further action does not appear to be
necessary o
