ARTICLE XI - INDEMNITY
Subject to Article IX, the RMI shall indemnify and hold harinless the U.S., its
agents, employees, contractors, "citizens and nationals," from all @aims set forth in
Article X, and all future actions on behalf of the RMI in any courtlarising out of the
nuclear testing program. The indemnification shall not exceed $150 million.
