Exterior: Top is quite heavily rusted and pitted, No apparent penetration.
Sides: Bolted horizontal flange at bottom is very heavily rusted and is partially
disintegrated. Bolted horizontal flange at center is partially rusted and
disintegrated. Some of the vertical bolted seams are deeply rusted with some
penetration. Side panels have scattered rust boils with approximately 12 apparent
holes thru the metal wall.
