As you recall,
Questions Concerning Health Care/Monitoring
Provisions in the Micronesian Draft Compact
in the interagency meeting last week on nuclear claims,
Dick Williams asked that we provide you with questions which OMB
believes should be addressed concerning the proposed levels of health
care and monitoring to be provided persons and areas affected by
U.S.G. nuclear testing in the Northern Marshalls.
Attachment A is
our suggested set of questions to obtain answers on the costs of
alternative levels of health care and monitoring that we could extend
to the Marshalls in the post-trusteeship period.
