details are worked out. I have discussed this matter in some detail with
Dr. Conard also, and he sees no conflict with his activities in the
Marshalls. I shall see to it that Drs. Knudsen and Kotrady are acquainted
with the plan when our survey party leader sees them on Kwajalein next
week.
Based upon our telephone conversation, I assume no HQ objection to these
arrangements which I am confident will be beneficial to ERDA, the Trust
Territory Administration, and the people at Bikini.
