Commission noted the President's August 12 letter concerning the
resettlement of the Bikinians and Acting Chairman Ramey's
August 21 letter to the Secretary of the Interior indicating
AEC's preparedness to cooperate in the development of and appropriate
plan for resettlement and to assist in its execution.
