The decision for the interpretationof allocation of specific
costs in accordancewith the above agreemnt will be the responsibility
of the Task Force Commander or authortied members of his staff. h the
event that additionalmajor expenditures should develop in the implementationof this project, the allocationof costs will be the subject of
further agreemnts between the AKW and the armed semices.
3. The financial procedureswith respect to fiscal and property
accounttig and disbursemmt of funds will be in conformitywith
established procedures of the services involved. Detailed instructions
covering special procedures will be jointly agreed to by the services .
