Operational Plan:
1.
First echelon leave as soon as practical but not later than
1200 saturday 6 March 1954,
2.
Pick up USNRDL contingent at Travis AFB.
3.
At Hickam inform Admiral B. Hogan, MC, USN thet medical officer
of situation, possible need of supplies and help.
4, Arrival at forward area, reviev situation and decide 1f and when
seco nd and reserve echelons will be needed.
5.
Establish laboratory and clinical studies.
