THE COUNCIL OF ENEWETAK
WHEREAS:
While the People of Enewetak are one people,
consisting of two subgroups known as the People of Engebi
ana the People of Enewetak, and
Within the Atoll of Enewetak, the island of
Enewetak is the traditional dwelling place for the People
of Enewetak,
and
Engebi island is the traditional residence island
of the People of Engebi, and
It is of vital importance to the People of Engebi
to re-establish their homes upon Engebi Island; and
