200 copies were supplied to the Office of Technical Services, De-
partment of Commerce for public eale as is the case with all un~
classified reports of general interest to science or industry.
These have just arrived at the OFS. OTS has been asked to defer
placing them on sale for a couple of weeks and agreed to do so.
152 copies were to go on Standard Distribution to all of the labora=
tories, plants, and contract study groups within the AEC and the
D@ interested in the subject matter.
This distribution was not
started, and the Division of Biology & Medicine hes instructed
Brookhaven National Laboratory not to proceed with it.
Thus there are in hand at TISE, Oak Ridge; OIS, Department of
Comerce; and Brookhaven National Laboratory, 708 copies of the
950 printed.
We hope that the larger volume on the effects of radiation on human
veings will be ready to distribute soon, as it is referenced in the
smaller volume and there will be inguiries for it from those who
receive the smaller volume.
