(1)
Upon sounding of the Hostile Action Alert:
(a) ALL personnel will return immediately to their
unit areas to obtain their weapons, amaunition, and field equipment, and
then proceed to defense stations or assembly points, Personnel manning
observation posts (OPs) will draw field glasses in addition to arms and
equipment,
See appendix X (map) for location of OPs, and assembly areas
and command posts,
(b) Unit commanders will issue a basic load of amnunition and will implement defense plans immediately.
(c) Two messengers will be dispatched from each unit
located on Eniwetok Island to the CP, TG 7.2 (Bldg #15) with instructions
to report to the TG Sergeant Major,
