We heave been informed by the Atomic Energy Commiasion Sen Franciseo Operations
Office that they have reviewed the U. 8. Nevy Ares Audit Office, Los Angeles,
California, audit findings for coats incurred from the inception of Subcontract
108 through February 29, 1958. Accordingly, the AEC has acknowlefiged that
costs incurred through February 26, 1956 amounting to $922,124.44 are reasonable
and properly charget to Subcontract 106 in accordance with its terms and conditions.

actual billings which were based on provisional rates and advise whether or
not adjustment billings are required.
