x 12'-Q" high; set on 5" thick concrete slab; double roof, separated by 2" x |,"
redwood; vented window panels, screened; with electrical services; plumbing;
floor area U.D. 2,806 square feet; cubic content I.D. 26,700 cubic feet.
This
structure is parallel to and joins existing building. Panela and shutters of
side wall of existing building moved to exterior wall of this addition. Area
between structures 2'-6", covered by special ond panels and building connection
with gutter sloped to each end.
Inatalled equipment includes one coffee urn and stand and one ice cream cabinet.

Toe additions to this building include an 8'-O" extension to the scullery,
erected on a 5" concrete slab, sise 25'-2" x &'-O", 2U] square feet, and the
extension of the galley to join the bakery, sise approximately 33' x Sh' plus
additional equipment slabs equals 2,305 square feet. These additions are of the
same type, double roof prefabricated aluminum construction as the original
building and are compldet with electric wiring & fixtures and plumbing and
piping.
The additional installed equipment includes:
One refrigerator, one
water cooler, one coffee urn, two tables, two ice cream freezers, and one
dishwasher.
