This ia a one story, double roofed, prefabricated sluminum building erected on
a concrete floor slab, complete with electrical wiring and fixtures, fresh and
aelt water plumbing, telephone installation, and aluainum pertitioning. The
central portion of this building is 2)'-O" wide x 129'-5* long x 10'-O* high;
the North wing is 24'-O" wide x 10),'-4 1/2" long x 10'-O" high; and the South
wing is 2'-O" wide x 104'~4 1/2" long x 10'~O" high. The total floor area of
this building is 4,559 square feet, and the total content is 81,150 cubic feet.
This building contains the following equipment and furniture:
50 eight man
tables; 100 folding chairs; two batteries of three each coffee urns, with
aluainus hoods and exhaust fans; two ranges and one bake oven - oil fired, with
atainless steel hoods, grease arresters, and exhaust fans; one dishwasher with
aluminum hood and exhaust fan; three 100 cubic foot walk-in refrigerators with
compressor and 3 HP motor; one 80 cubic foot and ons IO cubic foot reach-in
refrigerator; two 25~gallon water coolers; one Salvajor; three double stainless
steel sinks; two refrigerated cold pans; two gravity feed slicers, one Bain
Marie; one stainless steel cook's sink; one meat block; two griddles; two fryers;
one mixer; one pressure cooker; two steam kettles; one food cutter; om peeler;
one stainless steel table with bine; one galvanised steel table with bing; two
stainless steel dish tebles; one galvanised steel cook's table; six steinless
ateel work tables; two wal) clocks.
Indoor piping systems above ground for both hot and cold water of alumimm pipe,
and steam and condensate of steel pipe properly supported and insulated serve
the various locations and equipment as required and lead outdoors to the adjacent
Bakery, Boiler House, and Oarbage Can Washing Buildings. Plumbing and underground piping includes a fuel oil piping system leading fram an 800 gallon 011
storage tank mounted outside the building. Other features outside this building
are a one ton “Flakice* Machine mounted on a 150 square foot concrete slab and
enclosed with a Type “B* enclosure; one 10 gallon water cooler with drinking
fountain mounted on an 11 square feet concrete pad; and one 150 cubic foot
