AIRCRAFT and HSLiCOPTERS:
JTF SEVEN has decided to retain the reflector flight schedule to BIKINI
as it is now established, This will be two flights a day, Monday through
Saturday with a combined passenger-cargo flizht on Sunday.

BOATS and SHIPS:
The TG 7.3 plan for today included the following: DDs were moored at Berth
L-2; Barges were retrieved; the USS BOLSTSR and the USS GRASP unloaded
coracles; the USS MUNSEE and the USS REHOBCTH continued project work; the
USS RENVILLE remained at anchorage for RadSafe processing of personnel to
and from target array area.

On 18 May (HCLLY ~1 day) a mixup in air transportation started the day off.
Personnel who had indicated on the evacuation and re-entry cards that they
were going up~island did not show for their scheduled flights. Being Sunday
was partly the reason, but the basic problem wes inadeguate verifying of the
information on the cards by the evacuation officer. This check had become
routine after several shots and the Task Unit personnel have been good in
letting us know the changes. Then came the problen. A tremendous nuwaber of
personnel rotated after KCA and the new people did not know what to do.
dn the future, 2 representative from the Tesk Unit vill come to the J-3
office on shot minus two days at approximately 16090 hours to go over his
minus one day cards for final annotation.
