CONSTRUCTION The U. S, Army Strategic Communication Command will
locate a Provisional Army Signal Unit (PASU) communications center on this
island for the purpose of furnishing communication facilities and services to
all scientific and support personnel.
A Suitable site for this mobile unit will be selected after an island reconnaissance
has been made by responsible PASU team personnel.

Logistics support, including rations, must be provided to the nine enlisted men
who will be assigned to this activity.
