DESCRIPTION This prefabricated steel structure with a concrete floor slab was
completed in 1968. The 24 x 48-ft. building with an eave height of l2-ft. has an
8 x 10-ft. equipment door and a personnel door. A humidity controlled air
conditioning and heating system service the insulated building. Two (2) variable
speed electric trolleys of 1/2-ton capacity and 12-ft. hook lift heights are provided.
A 45 kva transformer northwest of the building provides 120/208 volt, 60 cycle,
3-phase power.
Interior and exterior lighting are provided,
