PROCUREMENT

CONSTRUCTION The existing preamp shelter will be demolished and a new
one will be erected in its place. The new shelter will bea 3x 11x 5-ft. high
wood frame structure with plywood siding. Louvers will be provided in the
siding. Pressure creosoted lumber will be used in construction of the new
shelter.
