CHECK LIST OF ACTIONS TO REDUCE WORLD ANTAGONISMS
TO U. S. NUCLEAR WEAPONS TESTS
1.
Associate friendly foreign governments in the conduct of the
tests, either as observers or participants, with weapons or test
problems of their own initiation, including civil defense problems,
2.
Publicize and stress specific applications of scientific data
achieved by such tests in the past to the peaceful application
of problems of nuclear engineering.
3.
Release data on global effects of Soviet weapon tests.
4.
Stimulate speeches, articles, and commentary emanating from other
than U.S. sources which stress the protective role of 0.5. weapons
superiority against Soviet aggression.
