Dear Sir:
Reference is made to our letter dated April 28, 1953 which
informed you that the boundaries of the danger area to be
established around the Pacific Proving Grounds should be
the meridians 160° 35 - 166° 16" each longitude and the
parallels 10°15! ~ 12945! north latitude,

wish to state that it should include the air space 4s well
as the surface area marked by the above boundaries,
Your attention is invited to the fact that the Security
Council of the United Nations was officially notified
