It is concluded that the Commission can utilize an
accommodation for thirty cbservers at SANDSTONE to best advantage
by assigning fifteen spaces to Santa Fe Directed Operations
including the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory and using the
other fifteen spaces for the Joint Congressional Committee,
General Advisory Committec,
