The Commission will review the plans of the Task Force in this regard in September 1957. LASL, URL (Livermore) and Sandie should give any necessary assistance, with LASL and URL being given prime responsi» bility for the technical aspects of this local fallout part of Operation HARDTACK. 2. The General Manager has directed that recommendations be submitted to the Commission for implementing this decision.
