8. Equipment or other assets available to the AEC and DOD may be used providing this arrangement is in the best interest of the U. S. Government. If mutually agreed between the providing party and the Project Manager, the equipments or other assets will be made available for the project at no cost. 9. The Bikini cleanup will not be permitted to significantly interfere with maintenance of the test readiness posture. 10.
