EPG Salary Rates and Per Diem Allowances
As discussed, the following is submitted for your records.
Cooper Development Corporation under Subcontract 108 will have a field crew
of ten to fifteen persons at EPG during Hardtack. Salary reimbursement
and per diem expenses will be in accordance with WRL policies and procedures,
Cooper has advised that they have a contract with the Office of Naval
Research under Program 9.1D under the technical direction of Dr,Hansconbd
of ONR wherein Cooper is a subcontract”and project officer and will provide approximately seven people for duty on Hardtack at EPG. Per Cooper's
Navy contract, personnel will receive a per diem of $12.00. They will
also receive salary on the basis of 54 hours plus 25% of this amount for
dislocation.
Cooper has another program sponsored by NOL wherein WASP rockets will be
fired from a ship. This involves one or two men who will be paid on the
above standards.
Cooper was advised that under AKC regulations, we cannot pay Navy allowares,
