materials which are required to be expended in Operation REDWING
for a test program as listed in Appendix "A".
All estimates are

CONCLUSIONS
16. It ig concluded that:
a. The test program for Operation REDWING should be

amounts given in Appendix "B" is required to carry out
the proposed test program.

Commission;
