It was agreed that an appropriate ceremony might be developed along the following lines: (a) a dinner to be sponsored by the University of Chicago at a University dining room; (b) principal speakers to be the leading figure associated with U.S, interests in the international peacetime applications of nuclear energy ~ either Ambassador Patterson or Chairman Strauss; foreign scientific speaker from a nation represented (ad) a spokesman from the student body; (c) a leading in the student body; (e) in addition to the students, country representation at the dinner would probably be by the ambassadors concerned. 5.
