Provides overall staff-level administration of the NVOO agreement with Air Force Special Weapons Center
covering operation, modification, maintenance and control of the
three NC-135-type aircraft provided by the USAF for the use of the
AEC, and advances the funding to AFSWC for anticipated costs of flying hours, pay of civilian personnel, temporary duty travel, and
supplies and equipment reimbursable by AEC under the agreement.
Provides a similar level of administration over the memorandum of
understanding with Air Force Logistics Command
