Pasadena, California. The purpose of this letter is to request your approval of

boosters can be made to the Mery.
Your approval will be appreciated as useage of
existing tecling will] sot onky epeed up replacement but it will alec save consider.
able costes to the Government. Tooling will be used by Cooper Development Corp.
We do not have a specific listing of the tooling that ia desired, however it is
felt that details could be worked out between your office and that of Cooper and
‘the Jet Propul#ion Leboretory.
