Operations: The ground team will be subdivided into two groups, each capable of independent operation. Each will consist of five Air Force personnel directed by a member of N.Y.0. Transportation for this group will be provided by a C-l.7 which will be equipped for survey flights. _ Each unit will be established at a series of three sampling stations with two men at each across the path of the cloud curtain. These stations, equipped with fall out trays, Hi Volume samplers and Cascade Impactors will be operated continuousl for the duration of the passage of the cloud curtain.
