COMMENTS ON MISSION
1.
Recognizing that the Japanese had been instructed to cooperate
and offer all possible aid to us, the team members agreed that their
information and data was given to us willingly, in good feith, and,
without question, graciously.
2.
It is believed that lack of specific knowledge regarding radia-
tion measurements, interpretation of readings, and, certainly, of pro-
fessionally know effects of ionizing radiation on people was responsible
