Further recommend that several trips be made from Japtan to Parry during the course of the liberty hours for the retum of persennel designated by the SP Officer or those desiring to returm early. Present schedule necessitates retention of “troublesome*® cases util end of liberty hours on Japtan with no facilities avail~ able to the SP Officer for these cases.
