Dr. Warren said I might quote him as supporting fully Embassy's views. He remarked that on the basis of his extensive contacts with the Japanese ‘scientists here, his observations ran strictly parallel to ours, He is aware of the urgent necessity and decision on these matters and plans, he will send a message to Admiral Strauss through Military channels from Honolulu.
